Industry Interaction-HR perspectives to Hiring of Freshers

The session began with a brief introduction about the Speaker and her organization i.e KPMG. The session covered various aspects ranging from HR domain to Finance domain. The session witnessed an active involvement of the students and a good number of queries.

The session helped us in getting the best out of the speaker’s knowledge and experience. Ms. Sonam Dhawan guided us how to focus on long-term learning helps us in establishing a successful career& there’s a thin line difference between being confident & overconfident and how it can affect the course of the interview. As the placement season is about to start, it was a fruitful experience to have interaction with our alumnus.
