“Pirates of HR”

Hawthorne-The Human Resource cell organized its first activity for the session 2019 on 4th February 2019 “Pirates of HR”. The session started off with the introduction of the cell and the new team to the students. A short inspirational video was displayed to provide motivation to students to explore the best in them. The activity, “Pirates of HR”, was conducted to foster understanding of leadership qualities, team building and group dynamics which are very important to be successful in the corporate world. It was a fun filled event with students enjoying as they got a much deserved break and enjoyed the process of learning by doing. The event got successfully completed. So here is to a good and fruitful year. Cheers! 

The Rules for the Event were as under:

  • NO ONE MISBEHAVES WITH ANY OF THE TEAM MEMBERS
  • NO LITTERING TO BE DONE
  • NO ONE DESTROYS THE CLUES OR HAMPERS WITH THE CLUES IN ANY WAY
  • AT THE TIME OF REACHING THE FINAL CLUE, THE ENTIRE TEAM SHOULD BE TOGETHER. IF YOU REACH FIRST BUT YOUR ENTIRE TEAM IS NOT TOGETHER, THEN YOU WONT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE WIN.
  • EVERY CLUE THAT YOU WILL BE GETTING WILL HAVE A PART OF PUZZLE BEHIND IT. ONLY WHEN YOU FRAME IT COMPLETELY, WITH ALL OF YOUR TEAM MEMBERS PRESENT, SHALL YOU BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE WIN.
  • IN THE EVENT OF A TIE BREAKER, MAAM AND SIR WOULD BE OPEN TO CONSIDER ANY TIE BREAKER.
  • EVERYONE TO BE PRESENT AT THE END IN THE SEMINAR HALL.
  • AT EVERY STEP, 2 TEAMS WILL BE ELIMINATED.
  • PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED.
  • IN THE CASE OF ANY CONFUSION, THE FINAL WORD SAY OF THE VOLUNTEERS WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
