STOCK MIND SEASON 7 By ICICI Direct

An introductory session was conducted by ICICI Direct on the largest Nation Wide Inter College Stock Market Competition game known as STOCK MIND 7.
The game is active for only 7active trading days and it shall commence from 19th February.
The main aim of the session was to acquaint the students regarding stock market trading on Stock Mind game and give some exposure to students on the fundamental understanding of investing.
Stock mind helps in developing the following skills in students:
- Improve Analytical Thinking skills
- Enhance Decision Making skills
- Better Problem Solving skills
Interactive videos were also shown to provide basic knowledge about equity market. Students were provided with the following information regarding the contest:
- Participation is free of cost
- Students can trade in their online account for contest.
- Competition will be conducted during real share market timings only
- Students will be given Rs.15 Lacs as virtual money in their online account and they can trade till maximum of Rs. 3 Crore.
- Profit and loss will also be virtual.
- It also provides an option to buy shares on cash and on margin just as in real share market so that students can get the feel of the real market.

- Students will receive e-certificates from NISM and ICFL and rewards at different level.
- National Round Winner will get an all expense paid trip to Singapore.
Towards the end, student queries regarding various aspects of international Trade were addressed.
A number of examples were also discussed. The students were happy with such and informative and interactive session.
