REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS ADMITTED IN 1ST SEMESTER MBA FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2020-21

Important Instructions to be followed for Registration:

  1. Newly Admitted students will be issued Students’ files in the Lounge of the Maharaja Agrasen Auditorium.

  2. After collecting the file and Token number, they (along with their parents) will take their seats in the Maharaja Agrasen Auditorium for filling the same.

  3. After completing the file in all respects the student will proceed as per his/her token number to the faculty member available on the help desk for registration and cross verification on the stage.

  4. After cross verification of the documents and signature of the faculty member on the file, the student will leave the Auditorium as the registration process is over.

  5. Students are requested to maintain decorum and keep patience for their turn during their stay in the Maharaja Agrasen Auditorium.

  6. ACADEMIC FEE RECIEPT (RS. 40,000/) PAID ONLINE TO GGSIPU

  7. 10TH CLASS MARKSHEET AND PASSING CERTIFICATE

  8. 12TH CLASS MARKSHEET AND PASSING CERTIFICATE

  9. GRADUATION MARKSHEET, PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE & DEGREE (ONLY FOR MBA STUDENT’S).

  10. CHARACTER CUM PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE

  11. CASTE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)

  12. MIGRATION CERTIFICATE

  13. GAP YEAR AFFIDAVIT (IF APPLICABLE) AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY G.G.S.I.P. UNIVERSITY.

  14. SIX RECENT PHOTOGRAPHS (SIZE 1.5 INCH X 2 INCH) IN COLOURED SHOWING FRONTEL VIEW OF FULL FACE WITH WHITE BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED ( BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGRAPH WITH COLOURD OR DARK GLASSES DARK BACKGROUND, POLAROID PRINTS OR COMPUTER PRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)

  15. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY G.G.S.I.P. UNIVERSITY.(APPENDIX-6)

RECEIPT OF THE REMAINNING FEE PAID AT MAIT OF RS 1,22,100 (Total Fees Rs. 1,62,100-Amount paid online to GGSIPU Rs. 40,000) FOR MBA STUDENT’S THROUGH Online fee portal at http://www.mait.ac.in {Tab – “PAY FEE ONLINE” THEN CLICK NEW STUDENT FEE PAYMENT LINK} OR THROUGH PAY ORDER/DD IN FAVOUR OF MAHARAJA AGRASEN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY , PAYABLE AT DELHI (ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE STUDENT’S SUBJECT TO REVISION OF THE FEES AS PER DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION, GOVT. OF DELHI /GGSIPU IF ANY)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. Only one parent either father or mother will be allowed along with the student for registration.

  2. Wearing of Mask is mandatory.

  3. Carry your personal sanitizer and water bottle.

  4. Maintaining social distancing (6 ft) is mandatory in the campus.
